- Donated when the Lethbridge Herald Reference Library closed. Prowse was born and raised in Taber. He graduated from the University of Alberta with a law degree in 1938. He was elected to the Alberta Legislature in 1945 and appointed to the Senate in 1966. See newspaper clipping file "People" for additional information.
