- Donated when the Lethbridge Herald Reference Library closed. Judge Low was born and raised in Cardston. following graduation from the University of Southern California he taught in Raymond. He was elected Social Credit Leader in 1945-1946 and 1950. In January 1961 he was appointed Juvenile and Family Court Judge.
