2022.1005/001: City Block 37 and Block 39 Plan. The plan covers the area from 4th Avenue South and 11th Street South to 5th Avenue South in Lethbridge. Plan includes the Fritz Sick Memorial Centre, The Genevieve E. Yates Memorial Centre, the Old Court House, the Lethbridge Mennonite Church, Saint Augustine’s Anglican Church, Southminster United Church, and the law office of Young, Parkyn, McNab & Co. Includes parking lots, grassed areas, gas service lines, water main lines, sanitary sewer lines, gas main lines, transformer pads, concrete and paved walkways, below ground electrical junction box at the Yates Memorial Centre, underground cable lines, gutters, floor elevation of the Yates Memorial Centre, Old Court House, and the Fritz Sick Memorial Centre, Bus stop shelter. “Block 37” is written on the top of the plan and “Block 39” is written on the right side of plan. Includes gravel and paved parking lots, grassed areas, an AGT microwave tower, designated property lines of the Lethbridge Public Library, concrete walking paths/sidewalks, Water Meter Chamber Cover, Wood Box Providing Access to Water Valves, Landscape with Rocks at the Lethbridge Public Library, doorway and entrance details at the Library, concrete steps of the Bowman Arts Centre and Lethbridge Public Library, storm sewers, underground cable lines, curb and gutter lines, Primary Duct lines, Transformer pads at the Lethbridge Public Library, Gas Main Lines, Storm sewer lines, underground cable lines. Plan includes the Grassed Soccer Field with a paved run and sandpit. Around the soccer field is a Cinder Track. A steel link fence around the field. Two Single plan Family Dwellings are along 11th Street and 6th Avenue. Plan includes Water Main (Feeder), Storm sewer, grassed boulevards, Gas Main L. P., concrete sidewalk along the soccer field, paved parking along 11th Street, gas line service to Fritz Sick Memorial Centre, a double gate into the soccer field and track, Water Meter and Drainer Chamber Rim, Sanitary Sewer lines, and an abandoned Gas Main.
