- The ENMAX (formerly Sportsplex) Centre is a multipurpose facility operated by the City of Lethbridge. The complex was built in 1975 in preparation for the Canada Games.

- Edmond Bruchet has been associated with minor hockey since 1927. He contributed significantly to the growth of minor hockey in Lethbridge and Western Canada. In 1934, Bruchet helped form the Lethbridge Minor Hockey Association. Bruchet went on to organize, sponsor, and coach the Lethbridge Native Sons that were highly successful in the 1940s and 1950s. Bruchet was a founding member of the Western Canada Junior Hockey League and the Alberta Junior Hockey League. He was also a leading talent scout for hockey throughout his career. The print is captioned: "Father of Modern Junior Hockey in Lethbridge. His Lethbridge Native Sons won many Provincial Championships, and sent many players to the National Hockey League in the 1940's and 1950's. As a Sportsman is nationally known and respected for countless contributions to amateur sport in Canada."
