- The Marquis bakery was located on the street level of the Marquis Hotel. The establishment was previously owned by Sven Erickson under the name Marquis Pastry & Candy Shop Ltd. In 1965, the space was operated by Roger Sergo under the name Marquis Bake Shop. Roger Sergo owned the bakery from 1962-1968.
