Boundaries: From 22nd Avenue South to Elgin Avenue North and the Belly River to the Race Track (approximately 43rd Street South) Shows areas entitled: Parcel A, Parcel B, Adams Park, Cemeteries, Brick Yards, Proposed Industrial Site, Westminster School, Galbraith School, Fleetwood School, Galt Park, Flour Mills, Manual Training School, Central School, R.N.W.M.P. Barracks, Athletic Grounds, Baseball, Football Lacrosse, Cricket, Tennis, Exhibition Grounds, Race Track, Queen Victoria Park. Shows location of: Pump House, Power House, Spur to No. 6 Mine, No. 3 Shaft, Woolen Mill, A. R. & I. Shops, CPR Shops, Overhead Bridge, Cemetery, Island, Belly River, Lake. Additionally, the Canadian Pacific Railway and Depot and the Former Crow Nest Branch are in black ink. The location of the "International Dry Farming Congress 1912." is indicated by an arrow pointing towards the Exhibition Grounds. Street Car Route is shown by a straight line in black ink.

Scale: 4.375 inch = .50 mile A label is added to the righthand side of the map: "Map Showing Letter Carriers Routes Boundaries Shown in Red Scale 600 feet to the inch." Postal boundaries are labelled 1-11. Most numbered streets and avenues include their previously held names in brackets. Shows blocks labelled in letters, cardinal numbers or roman numerals. Some of the Legal Subdivision numbers appear on the map. Subdivision names are printed in black over the corresponding areas. The location of the "International Dry Farming Congress 1912." is indicated by an arrow pointing towards the Exhibition Grounds. A blue line runs from left to right on the lower half of the map.
