- External view of the Beefeater Steakhouse restaurant located at 1917 Mayor Magrath Drive South. It specialized in steaks and was designed to seat 175 people with seating for another 70 in the cocktail lounge. The restaurant was designed with a large brass broiler set behind glass so customers could watch the chefs preparing their steaks. The décor was to represent the old English style with high-beamed ceilings and lots of wood, copper, brass and skylights.It was the 4th Beefeater to open in Alberta and closed in 2001.
