- Portrait of Mrs. Jennie Niven Morris was born on July 26th 1870 in Stellarton, Nova Scotia and died December 9th 1936. She arrived in Lethbridge when she was young with her family in 1886. She married William H. Morris on June 8th 1892. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, a charter member for the Sir Alexander Galt Chapter of I.O.D.E and the most enthusiastic member of the Oldtimers’ Association or the Pemmican Club.
