- Portrait of Rev. Charles McKillop born June 20th and died August 20th 1907. He and his mother came to Canada in 1854 first settling in Almonte near Ottawa. His first intention was to study law but while perusing this he became converted to Christianity. He married Elisabeth Ferguson on June 23 1881. Rev. McKillop arrived in Lethbridge in 1886 to replace Reverend Angus Robertson as minister of the Knox Presbyterian Church, Mrs. McKillop followed in 1887. In December 1903 Mr. Mckillop suffered a stroke that lead him to take a lighter charge in Raymond, but eventually he died from the effects in Lethbridge.
