- Portrait of Mrs Rachel Frances Ryan DeVeber born in Melbourne Australia on March 9th 1862 and died January 17th 1944. She came to Canada in 1872 where her family settled in Quebec. On May 22nd 1882 she came to Fort Macleod and were followed by her family. In 1885 she met and married Leverette George DeVeber. They moved to Lethbridge where Dr DeVeber set up a private medical practice. They lived on 8th Street South.
