- Portrait of Edgar Charles Dawson who was born 1821 and died January 20 1909. He first came to Canada from England in the early 1880s and lived in Winnipeg. He was an accomplished gardener and in 1885 he moved to Porcupine Hills and made frequent trips to Lethbridge to deliver garden produce. He has 3 sons, Edgar H Dawson also a part of the Pemmican Club, Harry, Charles and one Daughter named Ruth.
