Scope and Content
,Portrait of Mrs S.R. Brady Anna Hannah Day who was born in 1866 in New Brunswick and died in 1943. She married Mr. Samuel Rex on January 2nd 1889 in the Lethbridge Presbyterian Church by Rev. Mckillop. Their home two and a half miles south of Iron springs known as Coyote Flats was the first to be built there. In the building process there were often parties and dances with the cowboys that came by. In 1905 while digging a hole they struck water. Jim Stafford the land agent encouraged people to build in the area saying it was good land and lots of water at the Brady’s home. Information found in book entitled Coyote Flats: Historical Review
