- Photograph of Speedy Storage and Cartage driver Bob Labourcanne who discovered he didn’t have quite enough room to negotiate a corner at 12th Avenue and Mayor Magrath Drive while moving a tree from 16th Avenue to the Henderson Lake Golf Club. The huge tree, about 60 feet tall and weighing more than 10 tons, was believed to the largest tree moved in Lethbridge. Technical difficulties caused the tree to shift on the truck, making the front end of the vehicle leave the road. The move took 10 hours.
