History Biographical

The school district was formed in 1915. The first Board of Trustees included S.W. Shower, O.T. Lathrop and John McCann. The school building was erected on NW-33-8-19. When the school opened in the fall of 1915, Mr. W.S. Fuller was hired as teacher. Later teachers included Mr. McKinna and Mr. Armstrong. After Readymade Consolidated School District was formed in 1918, Twelve Mile School buildings were moved to a more central location within the area.
