History Biographical
Robert Embelton Herbert was a self employed contractor who built a few buildings in the city, including the first police station at the back of City Hall. R.E. Herbert and Ethel Cordelia Waterman were married in 1918 in Lethbridge. Mrs. Herbert died in 1957.
