Certificates of advancement, with previous rank in brackets, were given to Inspector W. O. West (Sergeant), Detective Sergeant G. B. Michelson (Detective) and Detective E. T. Wauters (Constable). Harris, M. R. Imeson, Donald Hunt and Detective Wauters received certificates for completing other advanced courses.
