- Scope and Content
- Photographs of the former Trianon Ballroom, lst Avenue and 5th Street South in Lethbridge which was renovated and redecorated with abstract murals to become the new home for the Lethbridge Native Friendship Centre. Built-in facilities included a console with two turntables and speakers for recorded music, a counter service and a lounge area. Immediate plans called for a grand opening with dignitaries from the province and the city. The centre was to be a drop in place only for initial weeks until the proposed social and educational program could be started.
