- Originally called Mitchell's Holiday Motel, it was located at 1025 Mayor Magrath Drive South.

- Postcard was turned in to the La Porte County Historical Museum within a large collection of postcards and other items. As it is not particular to La Port County it was sent to the Galt Museum and Archives for addition to the archives.
