- Items found in the former residence of Eric Nelson (presumably 116 - 19th Street North). Both items are marked as the property of Eric Nelson, but feature different addresses, both of which were inhabited by Mr. Nelson at various times. He is listed in the Henderson directories as a laborer in 1934, a carpenter in 1942, and a contractor in 1950.
