- Scope and Content
- Photographs of Grade 5 Westminster School students with finger puppets they created at the Allied Arts Council’s first Puppet workshop at the Bowman Arts Centre. The workshop, led by arts teacher Cathy Evins, was held in three sessions and attended by about 50 children and adults including the full Westminster class. Sessions in glove puppet making are also scheduled for the centre. Invited to attend were persons interested in any phase of theatre, lighting, writing, costumes, sets and acting. The workshops were designed to give dramatic grounding which might be used eventually in local theatre productions.
