- This organization started on October 11, 1978 and operated until it was dissolved on April 29, 2008. This organization promoted the continuation of Czechoslovak culture through language classes, Christmas parties, picnics and banquets. They also promoted their culture and ethnicity in the local community and area by participating in various cultural events such as parades and bake sales. They made representation to both the federal and provincial governments. This organization provided scholarship money to children of Czechoslovak ancestry who were going to attend university or college. The files also contain financial records, correspondence, newspaper clippings and photographs. There are some sight seeing books and pamphlets which contain some history of Czechoslovakia.
