- Photographs of 50 building sections from PreBuilt Manufacturing of Lethbridge plant which were shipped to the south end of Vancouver Island. The units fit together like building blocks and each six-section unit provided living accommodation for 38 men. The $350,000 lease contract provided living quarters and kitchen facilities for 240 workers on a power dam and power house construction project for B. C. Hydro. A flat car train of 12 cars was prepared for the trip to B. C. in the CPR marshalling yards.
