Audiocassette tape interview by Jack Glenn with Bill Ross, engineer, professor of Environmental Design and the University of Calgary, chairman of the Oldman River Dam Environmental Assessment Panel (ORDEAP), on the topic of his experiences as Panel chairman and questions about Panel recommendations. In particular, the loss of fish habitat and the effect of the dam on the Peigan, as well as the importance of consensus in the recommendations and of hearing the concerns of local people were discussed. 2 hours.
