History Biographical: The City of Lethbridge Risk Management hired Suncorp Valuations Limited to compile an appraisal of City-owned property on 11 September 1990. As stated in the company's cover letter for the appraisal of 28 March 1991, "Our investigation and analysis was made to express two opinions relative to the same group of assessts for the purposes of placing property insurance and providing documentation to allow substantiation of proof of loss."
