- Frank Smith and the women were with the Chinook Country Tourist & Convention Bureau. Alex Johnston designed the Whoop-Up Flag from a photo from Glenbow Museum that showed the flag flying on the original fort. The flag in this photo is believed to be one of the first that the Lethbridge Historical Society had made up.
