- Mr. and Mrs. Neidig were charter members of the local lodges Knights of Pythias and Pythian Sisters respectively. At a Pythian Sisters meeting held on 17 May 1939, Andrew and Elizabeth Neidig were presented with a cake, and gifts of a leather pocket book and lodge insignia ring respectively. A mock wedding ceremony was the featured entertainment of the evening. Andrew and Elizabeth Neidig [nee Ingold] were married on 22 May 1889 in Lethbridge.
