- View of the Bowman Arts Centre located on the 800 block of 5th Avenue South. The two story brick structure opened in 1912 as the Manual Training School which closed in 1915. The building re-opened as Lethbridge High School that year. In 1928 the school changed its name to Bowman Elementary, becoming part of the Central School in 1943 as the Bowman Annex until 1963. In 1964 the building became the Bowman Arts Centre which it remains as of 2010. In this image an unidentified man can be seen cutting the grass on the left side of the staircase to the main entrance to the building.
