- At the microphone dedicating the two parks to everlasting peace is Rt. Rev. H. R. Ragg, (Anglican) Lord Bishop of Calgary. At his right and second from the left is the Ven. Archdeacon Samuel H. Middleton of St. Paul’s Indian School and chairman of the international committee of Rotarians who sponsored the dedication ceremony and construction of the cairns. At the right of the picture are Lt. Gov. J. C. Bowen of Alberta and Lt. Gov Easton of Montana, Senator William A. Buchanan, James Smart of the Dominion parks department, Joseph Low of Cardston, a member of the Rotary committee, other Rotarians and parks officials.
