- The Annual International Peace Park Assembly is held under the auspices of Rotary International to mark the anniversary of the founding of the Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park, the first international peace park in the world. The assembly in held in Glacier National Park, Montana, in even-numbered years and Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta, in odd-numbered years.
