The Rainmakers. The program is an explanation of irrigation development on the Blood Reserve through the Blood Tribe Agricultural Project, based on an agreement with the St. Mary River Irrigation District in the 1940s and a further agreement with the federal and provincial governments in the late 1980s. The programs covers the early stages of construction of the water delivery system, and the economic benefits of the agricultural project to the members of the Blood Tribe.
