- Custodial History
- Ross Johnson, the donor, was a member of the 20th Anti Tank Battery in Europe during World War 2. He joined the formation of the Lethbridge 20th Field Artillery in 1940 and was demobed in Lethbridge. The 20th Field Artillery name was changed in November 1939 to the 20th Anti Tank Battery, 2nd Anti Tank Division. It was later demoblilized and reformed as the Lethbridge 20th Field Artillery,started with 2 pounders artillery pieces. They moved to 6 pounders then to 17 pounders "direct lay" artillery.
