- History Biographical
- In the past, when a business applied to the City of Lethbridge for permission to install a sign or change a sign's location on its building or property, an employee of the Inspection and License Department visited the business to take a photograph as part of the application process. These photographs were taken by William Loula, who also annotated them with information relevant to the application. According to information supplied by former City Clerk Jean Johnstone on 4 January 1983, the practice was discontinued a considerable time before the early 1980s.
