- History Biographical
- The site of the restaurant, as well as several adjoining lots, were later occupied by The Capital theatre which had several names Morris, Orpheum, Capital. Today the site is part of the Lethbridge Centre Mall. It's possible that the restaurant was built in 1888-89 by J. A. Neidig, however the name of the restaurant puts the time of the photo in the 1901 to 1910 range.
