- Scope and Content
- Aerial photograph of Lethbridge, looking south, showing the Civic Ice Centre and the Civic Centre Track. Central School can be seen at the right along Ninth Street South. Just north of the track is the Civic Sports Centre, and the outdoor pool. At the front centre is the Provincial Courthouse, right, and City Hall, left, along Fourth Avenue South. At left, at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Eleventh Street South, is a square white building housing Babe's Spudnut Shop.
- Notes
- Ninth Street, north and south, was renamed Stafford Drive. The Civic Sports Centre building is occupied by the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization (LSCO). The outdoor pool was named after Fritz Sick, of Sick's Lethbridge Brewery, and was renovated to an indoor pool in the 1960s.
