- History Biographical
- The original photograph is owned by a friend of the donor's, who lives in Eastern Canada. According to the evidence in the Henderson Directories, the store was opened in 1917 by Gia Everists, and acquired by John Berte circa 1918-1920. Berte owned the store until 1942-1944. The building still stands, and houses William's confectionary. The people were identified by Amelia "Millie" Luciani in December 1993. Mrs Luciani was born 28 December 1914 and was about 6 years old at the time the photo was taken. Millie resides in Lethbridge.
