History Biographical
Riverview was built by Magrath for his wife Margaret Mair. Following her death in 1892 Magrath sold the house to Charles Conybeare. The house was declared a historic site and restored in 1892. Refer to newspaper clippings "Buildings & Dwellings" for additional information.
