- The building, originally used by Japanese evacuees in Slocan City, British Columbia, was purchased by Reverend Nakayama, dismantled, shipped by rail to Coaldale, and reassembled to be used as the Japanese Anglican Church. See page 182 "Coaldale Gem of the West" for further information.
