- Built in 1891 as an opera and entertainment house, it was taken over by the Alberta Railway and Irrigation Company circa 1899. From 1946-1966 it was headquarters of the St. Mary and Milk Rivers Development Administration. It was purchased by the city in 1966 and demolished.
