- The original owner, Wilfred Woolhouse, worked for a number of United Churches accross Canada. From about 1956 to 1960, he formed a boys' choir with the Brant Avenue United Church in Brantford, Ontario. In 1961, he worked at Toronto's Islington United Church. In 1968, he accepted the post of Director of Music at Southminister United Church in Lethbridge, Alberta.
