- History Biographical
- The original Galt Hospital (middle building) was built by the Alberta Railway and Irrigation Company as a medical facility for their employees. The new hospital was financed by the Galt family and the city of Lethbridge. It was opened in 1908 by Sir Wilfrid Laurier.
