History Biographical
The buffalo was purchased from the Banff herd and used as a curiosity gimmick at The Lethbridge Jubilee Celebrations. It was slaughtered, the meat sold to T. Eaton, and the mounted heads raffled off. The winner, Tom Niven, hung them in his meat market for a number of years. Then they hang in the Pemmican Club. Today their whereabouts is unknown.
