The family lived in Yorkton, Sask. - Talks about the Dukhobor family life. His family operated a brick yard. - At age 20 he got a job as a mill steam engineer. Talks about jobs he has had and working in Ontario about 1938. He moved to Lethbridge in 1952 and got a job as a machinist at Ellison Mills. Talks about other companies he worked for and the duties of his job. - Talks about his family. - Talks about his house burning down and rebuilding it. SideB - Talks about why they moved to Lethbridge. - Talks about his work. - Talks about his ability to change jobs without fear. - Talks a little about Dukhobor community living in Yorkton. He didn't attend school because his parents did not like the public school system. - Talks about Dukhobor in the Yorkton and Saskatoon areas.
