- Hose driven pile driver with 800 poundss hammer driving sheet piling circa 1912-1938. Horse drew the hammer up to the release mechanism which let the hammer fall. The horses were then backed up and the procedure repeated. The LNID had 3 pile drives: 250 pounds, 400 pounds and 800 pounds hammers
