- The following information is from Henderson's Lethbridge City Directories. The Holsom Bakery first appears in 1925 at 602 3 Avenue South. Thomas Kuzma is the proprietor. In 1929 the name of the business changed to Holsom Bakery and Cafe, and it was at two locations; 612a 3 Avenue South and 420 5 Street South. William V. Wing is listed as the manager in 1932 Thomas Kuzma is again listed as the proprietor of the Holsom Bakery and cafe. The 5 Street South location not longer exists, but the 3 Avenue South location is till in operation.In 1936 Mike Jackman is the owner of the bakery, and from 1938 to 1940 the owner was Joseph Luchansky. The business is still located at 612a 3 Avenue South.The bakery disappears from the Henderson's Directories in 1942.
