- History Biographical
- The tractor school was the largest ever held in Canada to that time. Two hundred twenty people were registered for the two and a half day course, and 197 attended the school on 4 February. The course provided practical instruction as well as theory. Mr. Makin, Mr. Carrol and Mr. O'Sullivan were the instructors for the course. Source: Lethbridge Daily Herald, 5 February 1918, page 10
