W.A. Levitt and his wife Ida came to Lethbridge from the Sault Saint Marie district of Ontario just after 1900. Mr. Levitt was active in the Baptist Church, and operated an insurance business in Lethbridge. The Levitts had two children: Elleda and Arthur.

Wide variety of items created and collected by W.A. Levitt and his family. The items include school yearbooks, utilities applications, Mr. Levitt's work with the Baptist Church, the YMCA, Canadian Western Natural Gas Company, and other items.
