- William Oliver Royle was a member of the Boy Scouts in Lethbridge from at Least 1922 until 1942. He was a scoutmaster from 1935-1942. Mr. Royle's involvement with the 47th Vancouver (Quorn) Rover Crew is unclear, from the content of this collection. The donor was Mr. Royle's niece.
