- The shares were issued in 1922, 1923 and 1924 to build the arena which stood on 2nd Avenue South near 12th B Street. It was natural ice until 1936 when an artificial ice plant was installed. It's believed to have been the city's first indoor rink. It burned down March 12, 1971.
