- History Biographical
- The Palace Theatre was originally called the Morris Theatre when it was constructed in 1911. The theatre was renovated and enlarged several times over the years, becoming the Sherman in 1913, the Orpheum in 1917, the Colonial in 1919, the Palace in 1924 and finally the Capitol Theatre in 1929. The theatre was demolished in 1973 to make way for Lethbridge Centre Mall.
