- History Biographical
- Frederick William Bennett (1879-1958) was born in London, Ontario. He came to Lethbridge in 1899 and established a butcher shop. Later, he became a conductor with the Canadian Pacific Railway until his retirement. He was a member of the Pioneer Pemmican Club and served on the Club's executive from 1919-1924 and 1930. He married his wife Maude in 1901. She was born in Stellarton, Nova Scotia in 1882 and came to Lethbridge with her parents in 1886. She died in 1949.
